Introduction to the Freezing Method (Buried Related)

We respond to government offices nationwide! We will meet your needs with our unwavering and abundant track record and experience!

The "Freezing Method (Buried Related)" is a technique suitable for temporary water stoppage for replacement or rerouting of pipes. The frozen section can be temporarily used as a substitute for a valve, leaving nothing remaining in the piping. Additionally, it can shorten the time required for water outages. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with GX pipes ■ Supports DIP up to Φ500 ■ Enables reduction of water outage time and measures against red water *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Frozen construction method for water supply and building/mansion piping renovations! Overwhelming reduction in construction time.

Published in the global scientific journal "Science Advances." Numerous achievements in national government offices and the private sector! Case study materials are also available!

The "freezing method (for buildings)" involves using liquid air (nitrogen) to freeze the water inside pipes, allowing for the replacement or addition of pipe branches and valves with minimal water drainage. The frozen section acts as a stop valve, enabling plumbing work to be carried out without shutting off the water supply to the entire building. A paper on the continuous water freezing method has been published in Science Advances, a globally recognized scientific journal. (We received assistance from Professor Yoshiyasu Muto of Keio University, Faculty of Environmental Information.) ■ The frozen section can temporarily serve as a substitute for a valve, leaving nothing behind in the pipes. ■ It can shorten the time required for water outage work. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.

Pipeline construction "Continuous water freezing method (building)" Daiyuu Freeze newsletter

Frozen work on Φ300 steel pipes was carried out at a certain beer factory in Kyoto! Additionally, frozen work on pipes with diameters of Φ100 to 200 was conducted at about 30 locations in a long-established inn in Oita Prefecture!

The "freezing method (for buildings)" is a technique that uses liquid air (nitrogen) to freeze the water in pipes, allowing for branch work, valve replacement, and expansion work with minimal water drainage. The frozen section acts as a stop valve, enabling plumbing work to be carried out without shutting off water supply to the entire building. In the April 2020 issue of the Daiyu Freeze Newsletter, we introduced our construction achievements at a certain beer factory in Kyoto and a long-established inn in Oita Prefecture. Additionally, we have recently obtained the "Minister of Construction License." We appreciate your continued support! *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
